A production relationship requires a separate written order or agreement naming the contracting entity, supplier route, model bounds, price, processing region, retention, service level, subprocessors, security obligations and applicable data agreement.
Customer prompts and outputs may be prohibited from model training only when that protection is confirmed in the final supplier and customer terms. The public site does not substitute for those written terms.
